The Purpose of the BISA is to…
1 Raise the Awareness of Indonesian Culture at La Trobe.
2 Help to develop social relations between Indonesian international Students and Australian students
3 Promote tourism to Indonesia
4 Promote the study of Indonesian at La Trobe University both internally as well as externally
5 Enhance domestic student’s perceptions of Indonesian Culture
6 To maintain the La Trobe Indonesian program and ensure it remains a subject offered at University
7 To strengthen relations between Australia and Indonesia
